The staff pick up the phone! Yes you are reading correctly! Not only do they pick up the phone when you call, they are always friendly and helpful whether on the phone or face to face. I understand things have changed a lot since covid and I feel a lot of services have changed for the worst, but this pharmacy and the lovely people that work there give a great service and I thank them all personally.
